Retail

Delivery questions, returns and supplier notices should not be handled one email at a time.

Alistra builds workflows that read the enquiry, fetch the order and what belongs to it and draft a reply for customer service. You decide what is sent.

Customer service and the warehouse will recognise this.

The same questions arrive day after day, and every reply means looking things up in the order system, with the carrier and in the stock levels.

  • Where is my parcel?
  • I want to return an item, how do I do it?
  • I received the wrong size.
  • The supplier wrote that the delivery is delayed, which orders are affected?

Three workflows we build for retailers.

Customer service reads, adjusts and sends. Nothing goes out to a customer without a person having seen it.

01 The delivery question

Today

Customer service finds the order, copies the parcel number, looks it up with the carrier and writes a reply.

With a workflow

The workflow recognises the order number or email address, fetches the order and the tracking and drafts a reply with the delivery status.

02 The return

Today

The customer emails, someone checks that the return is within the time limit, creates the return case in the order system and sends instructions and a label.

With a workflow

The workflow reads the return request, checks the terms against the order, creates the return case and drafts the instructions. Exceptions go to a person.

03 The supplier's delivery notice

Today

The notice arrives as an email or attachment, someone reads it, finds the purchase order and updates delivery date and stock levels manually.

With a workflow

The workflow reads the notice, matches it against the purchase order and marks which customer orders are affected. The buyer decides what to do.

Why Alistra.

Connects to what you already have

The workflow connects to the systems you already use: e-commerce platform, order system, carrier and accounting system. No change of platform.

The step is measured before and after

We measure how long the enquiry takes today and how long it takes with the workflow. The figures come from your own enquiries. You get a notification when something fails.

You own what is built

Code, accounts and data are in your name from day one. Alistra is a small company with a large network, and if more hands are needed they are named in the quote.

Experience from retail

The founder has led the delivery of Click and Collect for a Swedish grocery chain's e-commerce, and an omnichannel solution for customer service at a Nordic e-commerce group.

The first step

Start with a case review.

01 Case review

SEK 19,500

Before you buy a workflow you want to know which enquiries it will handle and what it saves. The case review gives you the answer within two weeks, based on your own enquiries.

You get

  • Interviews with two to three people who handle the enquiries
  • Review of your enquiries from a defined period, taken from an export
  • Mapping of the three most common enquiry types
  • Estimated time saved and a sketch of the first workflow
  • A report and a walkthrough meeting

Worth knowing

  • Price excluding VAT
  • If you then order a workflow, the SEK 19,500 is deducted from the price of that workflow
  • Paid work starts only once you have accepted the quote
How a collaboration starts

How it works.

01

A first call

We go through your needs and whether Alistra is right for the assignment. The call takes 30 minutes, is free of charge and commits you to nothing.

02

Proposal and quote

You learn what will be done, what is included, what it costs and what we need from you. Paid work starts only once you have accepted a quote.

03

Delivery

We build and test the agreed solution. In a consulting assignment we work in the role we have agreed on.

04

Handover

Documentation and a walkthrough are included as stated in the quote. Any continued operations, support and further development are agreed separately.
