Alistra AB is a consulting company that builds workflows that take care of enquiries and connect systems. We also build apps and websites and take on assignments as project manager, product owner and technical advisor. Clients get the same work we put into our own products.
Alistra is a small company with a large network, and that is by design. Ali Storm founded the company in 2026. He has worked in IT since 2012, with project management, product ownership, bids and delivery responsibility at CGI, TietoEvry and The Cloud People. He is responsible for the delivery and is the person you talk to all the way. If more hands are needed, we bring in developers and specialists we have worked with before, and they are named in the quote.
You should also be able to manage without us. The code lives in your repository, the accounts are in your name and the documentation is with you, so another vendor can take over without talking to Alistra first.
Four periods that shaped how Alistra works.
Bid management in public procurements
As a bid manager at CGI, Ali held together bids in large public procurements. The requirements came in hundreds of items, the response had to be complete and delivered by a fixed date, and several departments had to contribute to the same document.
Management consultant at Tieto and CoreChange
Ali led the delivery of an omnichannel solution for customer service at a Nordic e-commerce group and of Click and Collect for a Swedish grocery chain's e-commerce. At one of the largest energy companies in the Nordics he worked with agile ways of working, DevOps and change management in IT.
Advisor in digital transformation programmes
At TietoEvry, Ali worked in large-scale change programmes, with IT strategy, governance and coordination between business and technology. He led the delivery of a ServiceNow solution for case handling in healthcare, and the implementation of a decision support platform.
Client responsibility from first call to production
At The Cloud People, Ali was responsible for client relationships from the first call to systems in production. He led cross-functional teams in business development, bids and solution design.
