Prioritising what gets built and why, and keeping the backlog realistic. The same role as we have in Riggd and Recra.
Technical advisor
Deciding which system is right when two systems say different things about the same customer, before anyone starts building. And answering how the solution should be run and what it costs over time.
Customer Success Operations
For companies where the information about a customer lives in several systems. We map the path from contract to renewal, build workflows that gather the customer's status from CRM, support and invoicing, and make sure you notice in time when a customer is about to leave.

The hard part is usually that the same information exists in several systems, with different names and different values, and that no one has decided which one applies. This is how we usually sort it out.
What actually exists
We go through the systems you use and which information is moved between them today, including via spreadsheets and email.
Which system applies
Every piece of information gets one system that has the final say. Without that, the same field is built in three places and three reports give three answers.
The same word should mean the same thing
Customer, order, case or member should mean the same thing everywhere. This is where most of the work lies, more than in the integration itself.
What applies when things do not match
A field is missing, two systems contradict each other, a run stops. What should happen then is decided beforehand, not at the first error.
A picture to build from
A description you can put in front of a vendor and get a comparable price for. Then we build it, or you order it from someone else.

Price by role and scope, set before we start.You run the project, internally or with a vendor. We step in as the person who holds it together technically and commercially, so that it reaches production.

The price depends on which role the assignment requires, how long it runs and how much of the week it takes. You get a fixed price or an hourly rate in the quote before any work begins.
What the founder has done before.
The founder's experience from previous employment, not Alistra's own deliveries.
- Has led bid work in large public procurements since 2014, and holds a place on a Swedish government framework agreement for IT consulting services.
- A ServiceNow delivery for a regional healthcare provider of around 12,000 hours, from mapping and requirements to a solution in production.
- Sales process and contract management built from scratch at a consulting firm in its growth phase, with responsibility for client relationships from the first call to a system in production.
- Account responsibility for strategic clients at The Cloud People, during a period when the company grew from 65 to 440 employees.
- ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 implemented, so that the company could respond to public tenders and meet client requirements for quality, environment and information security.
A healthcare delivery the founder led.
Alistra's founder led the work from mapping and workshops to a ServiceNow App Engine solution in production. His responsibility was delivery, budget and team. The development team built the solution.

A first call
We go through your needs and whether Alistra is right for the assignment. The call takes 30 minutes, is free of charge and commits you to nothing.
Proposal and quote
You learn what will be done, what is included, what it costs and what we need from you. Paid work starts only once you have accepted a quote.
Delivery
We build and test the agreed solution. In a consulting assignment we work in the role we have agreed on.
Handover
Documentation and a walkthrough are included as stated in the quote. Any continued operations, support and further development are agreed separately.
