What happens to your data.
Short and concrete, because this site does very little with personal data. No cookies from us, no tracking of you as a person, no analysis of your behaviour. Visits are counted without cookies using Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Who is responsible
Alistra AB, registration number 559600-4241, with its registered office in Järfälla, Sweden, is the data controller. The responsible contact person is Ali Storm. Reach him atali@alistra.ai.
What is collected, and when
What you type into the contact form yourself: name, email address and your description of the work. Beyond that, Cloudflare logs technical details about the visit, see below.
The calculator on the page for energy companies runs in your browser and sends nothing on its own. If you choose to send the calculation to us, the values you entered are sent along with your name and email address, by the same route as the contact form and only after you have ticked that you agree.
The data is used to reply to you and to assess whether Alistra can help. The legal basis is being able to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible agreement.
Where it goes
The form is sent to a function at Cloudflare, which checks that the fields are filled in and then sends the content as an email using Cloudflare's own email service. No additional provider is involved, and nothing is stored in any database along the way. The email lands in Alistra's inbox.
How long it is kept
If your enquiry leads to an assignment, it is kept for as long as the assignment runs and after that for as long as accounting rules require. If it leads to nothing, we delete the email within twelve months.
Services the site uses
Cloudflare
Hosts the site. Logs technical details about each visit, including IP address, for operations and security.
AlwaysCloudflare Web Analytics
Counts visits, page views, referring site, country and load time. Sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting and stores no IP address. The statistics cannot be linked to you.
AlwaysCloudflare, email
Sends the email from the contact form to Alistra's inbox. Receives your name, email address and text at that moment, stores nothing.
When sendingCalendly
The booking calendar on the contact page. Loads only when you click the button, and then receives your IP address and sets its own cookies.
After you clickCookies
The site sets no cookies of its own, and the visit statistics from Cloudflare are cookie-free. If you choose to load the booking calendar, Calendly sets its own cookies inside its frame. If you want to avoid that, do not click and use the form instead.
Fonts and external files
The fonts are hosted on the site's own server. No typeface is fetched from Google or any other third party, so your IP address does not leave the site while you read it.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data Alistra holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Write toali@alistra.ai and we will arrange it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can turn to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
