When the tariff changes, customers get in touch. The replies should not be written one at a time.

Alistra builds workflows that read the enquiry, fetch the customer's details and draft a reply for the case handler. You decide what is sent.

Customer service will recognise this.

The same questions arrive by email, web form and phone. Every reply means looking things up in the customer system, the billing system and the meter readings, and then writing from scratch.

  • Why did the invoice go up when we used less electricity?
  • We have been given a new tariff, what does it mean for us?
  • The solar panels are installed, when do we get paid for the surplus?
  • We reported the move, but the invoice went to the wrong address.

On 12 March 2026 the Swedish government decided that the Energy Markets Inspectorate (Ei) is to repeal the requirement for capacity-based grid fees. Grid companies may continue voluntarily, and Ei is to propose a new model by 12 April 2027. Many grid companies are therefore changing their price models, and customers have questions. Three workflows we build for energy companies.

The case handler reads, adjusts and sends. Nothing goes out to a customer without a person having seen it.

01 The invoice question

Today

The case handler reads the email, looks the customer up in the customer system, opens the invoice, compares it with the previous period and writes the reply from scratch.

With a workflow

The workflow recognises an invoice question, fetches the customer's latest invoices and consumption and drafts a reply with the figures filled in.

02 The move notification

Today

The details arrive in a form, are typed into the customer system manually and checked against the installation register in another system.

With a workflow

The form is read in and checked against what already exists. What matches moves on, anything that does not match goes to a person, with the discrepancy highlighted.

03 The solar panel question

Today

The customer asks about payment for the surplus. The case handler searches meter readings, contract and invoice before the reply can be written.

With a workflow

The workflow fetches meter readings and contract terms and summarises what the customer received and why. The case handler reviews and sends.

Do the maths

What do the enquiries cost when the price model changes, and how much time does a workflow free up?

Calculate for a change of price model or grid fee. Enter your own figures. Everything is calculated in the browser, and nothing is sent until you choose to. The prefilled values are examples, not figures from any customer.

Example values, replace with your own

For example every customer moving to the new price model or grid fee.

How we calculate
  1. Enquiries = customers × share who get in touch
  2. Hours today = enquiries × minutes per enquiry ÷ 60
  3. Cost today = hours × cost per hour
  4. Enquiries via the workflow = enquiries × share the workflow handles
  5. Hours freed up = enquiries via the workflow × minutes per enquiry ÷ 60
  6. SEK freed up = hours freed up × cost per hour

The calculation uses the values you enter, nothing else. How large a share a workflow actually handles at your company is known only once we have measured the step. The cost of the workflow is not included, it is stated in the quote.

Why Alistra.

The workflow runs in your environment

Customer data stays in your systems. Services that read text are chosen with a region in Sweden or the EU, and where the workflow touches personal data we sign a data processing agreement before we start. Workflows can be built so that personal data never reaches a language model.

The step is measured before and after

We measure how long the enquiry takes today and how long it takes with the workflow. The figures come from your own enquiries. You get a notification when something fails.

Experience with case handling in regulated sectors

Alistra's founder led the delivery of a case management solution in healthcare, from mapping to production. The same approach applies here: map first, then build.

Experience from the energy sector

The founder has worked with agile ways of working, DevOps and change management in IT at one of the largest energy companies in the Nordics.

The first step

Start with a case review.

01 Case review

SEK 19,500

Before you buy a workflow you want to know which enquiries it will handle and what it saves. The case review gives you the answer within two weeks, based on your own enquiries.

You get

  • Interviews with two to three people who handle the enquiries
  • Review of your enquiries from a defined period, taken from an export
  • Mapping of the three most common enquiry types
  • Estimated time saved and a sketch of the first workflow
  • A report and a walkthrough meeting

Worth knowing

  • Price excluding VAT
  • If you then order a workflow, the SEK 19,500 is deducted from the price of that workflow
  • Paid work starts only once you have accepted the quote
How a collaboration starts

How it works.

01

A first call

We go through your needs and whether Alistra is right for the assignment. The call takes 30 minutes, is free of charge and commits you to nothing.

02

Proposal and quote

You learn what will be done, what is included, what it costs and what we need from you. Paid work starts only once you have accepted a quote.

03

Delivery

We build and test the agreed solution. In a consulting assignment we work in the role we have agreed on.

04

Handover

Documentation and a walkthrough are included as stated in the quote. Any continued operations, support and further development are agreed separately.
