We start with who will use it and which problem it solves. Without that, we build the wrong thing well.
Scope version one
We cut away everything that can wait. The first version should be ready to put into use, not have as many features as possible.
Decide the setup
Content, technology and how the delivery will work. The price is set once the scope is decided.
Build in stages
You see something you can click through early, then it grows. You give feedback while it is being built, not afterwards.
Testing, launch and handover
We test, put it into use and walk you through how you take over. What applies afterwards is agreed beforehand.

A finished app has no general fixed price. The scope decides, and we set it together before the work begins.
