Alistra AI

Workflows that read, sort and draft replies to your enquiries.

The engine receives the enquiry, fetches what is needed from your systems and drafts a reply. We connect the systems that do not talk to each other and remove recurring steps. We start with one well-defined need, and a person makes the decisions.

Sound familiar?

Three needs Alistra AI solves.

Enquiries are answered one at a time.

The workflow drafts a reply. Your case handler reads and sends.

The same information is entered several times.

The systems are connected, so details are entered once and show up everywhere.

Documents take time to go through.

Applications, requests or invoices are read and sorted, and the most important points are collected in one document that you review.

An example workflow and what the delivery can include

How a workflow can work

A customer enquiry arrives by email or web form. Today someone reads it, looks the customer up in one system, fetches the details from another and writes the reply from scratch.

With a workflow, the enquiry type is recognised, the customer's details are fetched from your systems and a draft reply is ready. A person reads it through and sends it. If the enquiry cannot be interpreted, it lands in a queue with a notification, instead of disappearing silently.

The customer's status before renewal

Today it is compiled manually from the CRM, the support system and invoicing before every renewal or quarterly meeting.

With a workflow the details are fetched automatically, anything that deviates is marked, and the account manager gets a finished summary to read through before the meeting.

The delivery can include

  • Mapping of the step as it works today
  • The build, connected to the systems you already use
  • Testing against real enquiries, including the difficult ones. If they contain personal data, we agree on how before we test
  • Error handling, so you can see when the workflow stops
  • Documentation and a walkthrough with the person who will maintain it

01 Case review

SEK 19,500

Before you buy a workflow you want to know which enquiries it will handle and what it saves. The case review gives you the answer within two weeks, based on your own enquiries.

You get

  • Interviews with two to three people who handle the enquiries
  • Review of your enquiries from a defined period, taken from an export
  • Mapping of the three most common enquiry types
  • Estimated time saved and a sketch of the first workflow
  • A report and a walkthrough meeting

Worth knowing

  • Price excluding VAT
  • If you then order a workflow, the SEK 19,500 is deducted from the price of that workflow
  • Paid work starts only once you have accepted the quote

02 One workflow

From SEK 45,000

If you have done a case review, the SEK 19,500 is deducted from the price.

The price from SEK 45,000 applies to one well-defined workflow against systems that have an API, an open connection, that we can connect to. We go through needs, access and exceptions before we send a quote. More systems, more exceptions and more sensitive data affect the scope and the price.

You get

  • The step measured before and after, so you can see what changed
  • The workflow runs on your side, the code is yours, and a log shows what it has done
  • You get a notification when something fails

Worth knowing

  • Scope, price and what we need from you are stated in the quote
  • Prices are stated excluding VAT. Running costs for services and hosting are specified separately in the quote
Industries

What the enquiries look like in your industry.

Three pages with the most common enquiries, today and with a workflow, written for the people who handle them every day.

Alistra AI in daily use

Every morning, new assignments are sorted in one document.

Alistra's own engine reads consulting portals, extracts mandatory requirements and sorts assignments against our criteria. The result is collected in one document that we review and decide on.

Built by Alistra for its own use.

Application: tender material

AI can help extract requirements from tender documents and find relevant material in previous bids. Alistra's founder has experience of tender work as a bid manager. We scope the setup to your documents and needs, and you always review the answers.

Personal data

Where your data ends up.

With you, in your name

The workflow runs on your side, with the code in your repository and the accounts in your name. You can switch vendors without asking us.

Sweden or the EU

Services that read or compile text are always chosen with a region in Sweden or within the EU. Which services they are, and in which region, is stated in the quote.

Data processing agreement before start

If the workflow involves personal data, for example applications or information about employees, we sign a data processing agreement, the agreement on how we may handle your personal data, before the work begins.

You decide what a model gets to see

Which fields may be sent to a language model, and which never leave your environment, is decided by you before the build. Workflows can be built so that no personal data is sent to a model at all. If we test against real cases, we agree on that first.

How a collaboration starts

How it works.

01

A first call

We go through your needs and whether Alistra is right for the assignment. The call takes 30 minutes, is free of charge and commits you to nothing.

02

Proposal and quote

You learn what will be done, what is included, what it costs and what we need from you. Paid work starts only once you have accepted a quote.

03

Delivery

We build and test the agreed solution. In a consulting assignment we work in the role we have agreed on.

04

Handover

Documentation and a walkthrough are included as stated in the quote. Any continued operations, support and further development are agreed separately.

Hosting, ownership and support: what applies?

These are agreed per assignment and written into the quote.

01

Hosting and operations

Where it runs and who pays for it.

02

Support and fixes

What applies when something stops working, and how quickly.

03

Further development

How the next version is ordered and priced.

04

Running costs

What third-party services cost per month and who pays for them.

05

Ownership

Who owns the code, accounts and data when we are done.

06

Handover

What documentation you receive and what a handover includes.

Prices exclude VAT. If the scope changes during the work, we agree on the new price before continuing.
