Technical: what it is built with

Workflows are built as our own code against the APIs your systems already have, in your environment and your repo, with n8n where it fits and language models via the Claude API or OpenAI when something needs to be read or compiled. Apps are built with Next.js, React and TypeScript for the web, React Native for mobile, Supabase and PostgreSQL for data, Cloudflare for hosting and Stripe for payments. Websites are built with Astro or Next.js, always on Cloudflare. The same tools as in Fyndrutt, Riggd, Recra and Nexteam.

Before you buy a workflow you want to know which enquiries it will handle and what it saves. The case review gives you the answer within two weeks, based on your own enquiries.

Alistra runs what has been built on Cloudflare and the services the solution already uses. No servers of our own. Uptime is set by those providers, and we make no promise of our own. The price depends on complexity and is stated in the quote.

Common questions.

Who is responsible for the delivery?

Alistra, all the way. You have one point of contact and one responsible party from the first call to production. Alistra is a small company with a large network, and if more hands are needed they are named in the quote. Code, accounts and data are in your name from day one, so another vendor can take over if needed.

Who owns what is built?

You do. Code, accounts and data belong to you. Operations and maintenance are written down before the work starts.

Can the price change during the work?

Not without your approval. If the scope changes, we agree on the new price first. Prices exclude VAT.

Where does our data end up?

In Sweden or within the EU. The workflow runs in your environment, the services that read text are chosen with a region in Sweden or the EU, and if the workflow handles personal data we sign a data processing agreement before the work starts. Workflows can be built so that personal data is never sent to a language model.

What happens after launch?

Operations, support and further development are agreed per assignment and written into the quote. If you want Alistra to run what has been built, that is a separate package, from SEK 990 per month.
