Scope of these terms
These terms cover consulting services and projects for businesses. Riggd and Nexteam are also sold by Alistra AB, with their own terms.
Consulting services and projects
A contract is formed when the customer approves a quote in writing. The quote states price, scope and schedule. Prices exclude VAT.
You keep the review material. For development, the quote defines handover, code, accounts, data and external licences. Payment terms and responsibilities are specified in the quote. Existing agreements and binding quotes remain subject to their agreed terms.
Riggd and Nexteam subscriptions
Riggd is subject to the terms atriggd.fit/villkor-gymand Nexteam to the terms atnexteam.se/villkor. These specify price, payment, contract term and cancellation.
Information about incorrect charges is available underrefunds.
Personal data
Our processing of personal data is described inthe privacy policy.
Disputes
Swedish law applies.
